REFUND POLICY & OVERDUE FEES

ALL PROGRAMS & ICE TIME PURCHASES

No refunds will be issued after 21 calendar days from the start of a participant's lessons unless a medical certificate is provided. All refunds are subject to a $25 withdrawal fee. Refund requests should be directed to the Club Registrar.

OVERDUE FEES

Outstanding fees may result in a skater being suspended from participation until all fees are paid in full. Members with overdue accounts may also be considered not in good standing with the Club and/or Skate Canada, which may affect future registrations, testing opportunities, and competition eligibility.
