PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy and the protection of your personal information are important to us. Personal information is required for registration with Skate Canada and may include, but is not limited to, information relating to coaches, volunteers, skaters, and club members.
Your personal information may also be shared with Skate Canada affiliates, including your local skating club or skating school, provincial association, or section.
By submitting a registration form, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information with Skate Canada as described herein for the purposes of registration and the delivery of national services.
We adopt the 10 Fair Information Principles as part of our privacy practices and employ reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss of personal information.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY
The North Surrey Skating Club may take photographs and video recordings during club programs, events, competitions, and special activities for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. Media may be used in club communications, including the website, newsletters, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
Media consent and release permissions are collected as part of the registration process. Parents, guardians, and adult members are encouraged to review their selections carefully and contact the Club if they wish to update their preferences.
